As a small Bed and Breakfast, cancellations do affect us significantly. Every effort is made to re-sell the accommodation but travel insurance is recommended and we are happy to provide paperwork in support of any claim. If you need to cancel a booking and we are unable to re-sell the accommodation, the following charges will apply:

• Within 15 days of arrival, 50% of the total amount.
• Within 3 days of arrival, 100% of the total amount.

Bookings will be confirmed after your MasterCard or Visa details are entered into our reservations system. If we do not receive these details your booking will not be confirmed.
