Cancellation Policy.
In the past 7 years we have had 2 cancellations and issued refunds on both occasions. However we are a small Bed and Breakfast and cancellations do affect us significantly, so if you have to cancel for any reason we will endeavor to resell the suite and issue a partial refund. The earlier you cancel, the easier it is. Cancellation fees are generally covered with TRAVEL INSURANCE which we recommend. We will provide the paperwork in support of your claim.
