Bougainvillea suite can accommodate up to 4 guests. King bedroom (twin-share option) and Queen bedroom. Semi- self-contained. (No kitchen sink, basin supplied) Views of the front garden and Pohutukawa trees on the water's edge. Large outdoor garden courtyard with BBQ and outdoor dining facilities. 1 large share bathroom.
Sunflower cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests. King bedroom (twin-share option) and Queen bedroom. Semi- self-contained. (No kitchen sink, basin supplied) The large lounge area has window seats which convert to two extra single beds. Enjoys views of surrounding native bush and hillside. Private balcony with BBQ and outdoor dining facilities. Sunflower has 1 large share bathroom.
Bougainvillea suite and Sunflower Cottage are both suitable for children. Sorry, the Harbourview suite is NOT suitable for children. All rooms are serviced daily.

As a small bed and breakfast cancellations do affect us significantly. The sooner you let us know, the sooner we can re-offer the accommodation to others. If we are unable to resell the accommodation the following charges will apply.

• Within 3 days of arrival, 100% of the total amount.
